WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. 
WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?
Sound therapy, also known as sound healing, is a form of sensory therapy that promotes healing by using sound frequencies to rebalance the body's energy. This type of therapy introduces sound frequencies and vibrations through a range of instruments, for example Gongs, Singing Bowls, Tingsha Bells, Speakers and Sacred Mantra's.
WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?
Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet or the hands. Reflexology is generally relaxing and comforting. 
The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the feet and hands correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the these points is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. It feels like a intentional hand or foot massage, with focus on specific areas as required.
